We depart Wanaka for Arrowtown, a gold rush settlement founded in 1862. Continue to Queenstown. Tonight enjoy our Dine Around Dinner, where you may choose your restaurant.

Today we travel south and view Wairakei Steam Valley, before visiting spectacular Huka Falls and sparkling Lake Taupo. Continuing south, we cross the vast volcanic plateau of World Heritage-listed Tongariro National Park before arriving in Wellington, New Zealand’s capital city.

Today our InterIsiander cruise takes us across Cook Strait, and Queen Charlotte Sound before arriving in Picton. This afternoon journey through the Marlborough region, renowned for its vineyards. Tonight you may choose from two restaurants located within your hotel.

Travel north along the coast to view the unique and fascinating Moeraki Beach boulders. Continue to Mt Cook National Park.

Journey to the West Coast to the Pancake rock formations at Punakaiki. Stop at Hokitika to see native Pounamu (jade) being shaped into jewellery. Continue along the West Coast and enter the World Heritage-listed area of south west New Zealand. Nowhere in the world’s temperate zones are glaciers as accessible as on the West Coast.
Tonight, a West Coast specialities dinner.
