We depart the Crowne Plaza Hotel and journey through the farming communities of Warkworth and Wellsford. Continue to the Bay of Islands and on arrival we visit the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.

Leaving the City of Sails we travel south to Waitomo Caves. Journey to the geothermal region of Rotorua. Tonight enjoy a Hangi (feast) and cultural performance.

This morning our catamaran cruise takes us on a journey to Cape Brett and the famous Hole in the Rock. Return to Paihia where our coach departs for Auckland.

Today we follow the Thermal Explorer Highway to the heart of the North Island. Continue to Wellington, the capital city of New Zealand where arrangements conclude on arrival.

This morning we journey across the Auckland Harbour Bridge travelling through the farming communities of Warkworth and Wellsford. Visit the Matakohe Pioneer Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of Kauri gum.
Continue to the majestic Waipoua Kauri Forest Reserve where we view the giant Kauri tree, Tane Mahuta, ‘Lord of the Forest’. View the magnificent Hokianga Harbour before travelling to the sub-tropical Bay of Islands National Maritime Park, a beautiful unspoilt paradise, rich in history and culture.

This morning our Bay of Islands cruise takes us to Cape Brett and the famous Hole in the Rock. Meander through the inner islands, viewing sandy beaches and rocky outcrops. Return this afternoon to Auckland.
Your tour concludes on arrival and a departure transfer to the airport is included.
